Media accreditation for the BT Paralympic World Cup is now open.
The event is the largest annual multi-sport competition for elite athletes with a disability and will take place at the Manchester Regional Arena on May 22-26.
Sports include Athletics (May 22), Wheelchair Basketball (May 23-26) and Football 7-a-side (May 23-26), with international matches taking place in Boccia (May 24) and Sitting Volleyball (May 25).
This year’s event will fire the starting gun for a fantastic summer of Paralympic sport and provide an opportunity for people to see the world’s best international athletes in action. The BT Paralympic World Cup is a vital event for athletes hoping to compete at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, being staged as the countdown clock ticks 100 days to the Paralympics.
The deadline for media accreditation applications is Monday April 16.
