ITV will be paying tribute to its great boxing commentator, Reg Gutteridge, this Saturday.
Gutteridge, a former chairman of the SJA, died in January, aged 84.
The programme, Big Fight Review, goes out at 7.15pm (not as listed in some newspapers last weekend) on ITV4, introduced by Jim Rosenthal.
The programme promises contributions from Sir Henry Cooper, Barry McGuigan, Chris Eubank and Frank Warren, and will include Gutteridge’s classic commentaries on Cooper’s fight with the then Cassius Clay and the Marvin Hagler-Thomas Hearns contests.
