The London Press Club Charity Ball 2006, in aid of The Journalists’ Charity, is being staged on October 12 at the Natural History Museum, Kensington, London SW7. Tickets £200 (plus VAT).
This year’s theme is Ice Queen. The event will be hosted by Daisy McAndrew (ITV News chief political correspondent), with Christopher Biggins as the auctioneer, and a champagne reception hosted by Camelot. Among the items up for auction is dinner with Ulrike Johnson at The Ivy.
