The life, times and career of one of our Association’s most popular and hard-working of chairmen, Reg Gutteridge, will be celebrated at a special memorial service to be held at the journalists’ church, St Bride’s, off Fleet Street, on May 13.
All SJA members, friends and colleagues of the former ITV commentator and London evening paper boxing writer are very welcome to attend. The service is due to begin at 11.30am.
Gutteridge died, aged 84, in January, after a short illness.
