More than 100 of Britain’s top rowers will be in action at Dorney Lake, Eton, for the GB Rowing Team Senior Trials 2011 on the weekend of April 16 and 17.
The line-up will include five of GB’s Beijing Olympic gold medallists – Zac Purchase, Mark Hunter, Tom James, Andrew
Triggs Hodge and Pete Reed – who, like all the rest, will be out to impress the selectors for this season’s World Cups and
August’s world championships – the latter doubling as the Olympic qualifying regatta.

Saturday April 16
10.00 – 11.00 Time Trials (1900m course)
14:00 – 16:22 Semi-finals (2000m course)
Sunday April 17
09:00 – 11:45 Finals (2000m course)
From 9am to 5.45pm on Saturday and from 8am to 1.45pm on Sunday, a press office, equipped with wi-fi and working areas, will be available in the Finish Tower at Eton Dorney.
Media will be able to borrow bicycles to watch the racing from the bank or will have a good view of the course from the Finish Tower. We will be supplying tea, coffee and refreshments throughout both days.
