Telegraph recruits Hare as sports deputy from Daily Mail

Joe Hare has been appointed deputy sports editor at the Daily Telegraph, one of a number of changes in Victoria, where head of sport Ben Clissitt and sports editor Adam Sills took charge in the last year or so.

Hare will be joining from the Daily Mail in the first week in April.

There have been several other, internal changes. Jim Bruce-Ball is appointed Saturday sports editor and will be starting his new duties next month, which includes organising features content across the titles.

Ben Findon is appointed assistant sports editor while Mike Norrish, previously the Telegraph’s blogs editor, has been made digital sports editor. He has appointed Steve Wilson as his deputy.
