The Professional Rugby Players’ Association has appointed Fiona Hackett as communications manager. Fiona will be the main point of contact for media enquiries regarding the PRA.
The 2008/09 season will see the PRA celebrate its 10th anniversary as the union for professional rugby union players in England, and Fiona will be working to continue raising the profile and awareness of the Association as it enters its second decade.
The PRA was launched in August 1998 with the aim of promoting and protecting the interests of its members by endeavoring to safeguard their futures both on and off the pitch.
