Accreditation requests for this fixture should be made via the Premiership Rugby Online Booking System at http://www.premiershiprugbydata.com
The deadline is strictly Wednesday Dec 21, 12 noon. If you require a space in the North Car Park, please state this on your application. Twickenham Stadium annual passes will be valid for this game however you are still required to confirm your attendance via the Premiership Rugby system.
Please note that no late requests will be considered as Quins are unable to process requests after the cut off time.
