Members of the media are invited to apply for media accreditation for the 2012 SPAR European Cross Country Championships, which take place in Szentendre near Budapest in Hungary on Sunday 9 December.
The online media accreditation procedure for the Budapest 2012 SPAR European Cross Country Championships is open here.
Deadlines for media accreditation applications are:
• Friday 09 November 2012 with accommodation.
• Saturday 01 December 2012 without accommodation.
The official European Athletics-LOC press conference, at which leading athletes taking part in the championships will be present, is set to take place at 13:00 on Saturday 8 December at the official VIP hotel — Ramada Plaza (http://www.ramadaplazabudapest.hu)

Important information:
Payment policy:
Accommodation payment shall be made no later than five (5) working days after the receipt of the invoice in order to guarantee a hotel booking. The confirmation of your accommodation booking will be guaranteed only after receipt of the full payment of accommodation cost. Failure to adhere to these payment terms will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- For any cancellation made until Friday 9 November 2012, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- For any cancellation between 10 November and 29 November 2012, 50 % of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless room is re-sold for the same period.
- For any cancellation made as from 30 November 2012, 100 % of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless room is re-sold for the same period.
