From the European Athletics Association
In consultation with the Local Organising Committee in Amsterdam and based on attendance at past European championships, European Athletics has set the country quotas for written press and photographers.
We have provided the quotas to the European Athletics Member Federations who are responsible for selecting the journalists who will be part of their respective quotas. Please contact your respective Member Federation to confirm if you are part of the quota. They will distribute the website link to those part of the quota.
The deadline for media to request an accreditation with official media hotel accommodation is April 16.
The following two media hotels are selected as official media hotels:
Ibis Amsterdam Airport
1171 PK Badhoevedorp
Single occupancy: 80 EUR
Double/Twin occupancy: 95 EUR
Ibis Budget Amsterdam Airport
1171 PK Amsterdam
Single occupancy: 85 EUR
Double/Twin occupancy: 92 EUR
Prices per room, per night (including breakfast and taxes)
The accommodation request will be processed after registration approval and an email will follow to confirm the status of your request. Please note that default methods of payment are bank transfer and credit card. The LOC official card payment provider is WireCard.
The overall deadline for media accreditation applications is May 30.

Broadcast non-rights holders must apply for media accreditation by registering through this link: https://arena-bo.european-athletics.org/ArenaEvent/Arena.Domain.Registration.Web/Views/Registration/RegistrationForm.aspx?p1=MTQ2 and downloading and filling the document attached to the link. Broadcast rights holders (TV and Radio) will receive a unique username and password which they can use to access the media accreditation system.
