As part of Sainsbury’s partnership with the English Schools Athletics Association championships, a dozen of the most talented youngsters in the south-east have been invited to an exclusive seminar with the greatest all-round athlete Britain has produced, Daley Thompson.
Thompson will be on hand – along with leading coaches, sports psychologists and lifestyle managers – to offer a complete overview of what it takes to be the best in track and field.
Media are welcome to attend the event, at the indoor athletics centre, Brunel University, Uxbridge, on August 23, from 11am.
