Media advisory: UK Sport press briefing

From UK Sport
UK Sport will be announcing the outcomes of its 2009 Annual Investment Review process with Olympic and Paralympic sports to ensure that support for the preparation of British athletes and sports for their home Games in London in 2012 is maximised.

The briefing will include the outcomes of UK Sport board decisions made on funding allocations as a result of recent Team 2012 income and the introduction of new competition to London 2012, including women’s boxing and athletes with an intellectual disability.

There will also be an opportunity to view the latest Mission 2012 Tracker Boards for Olympic and Paralympic sports.
