ECB Media Advisory: England press conferences

From the England and Wales Cricket Board
England’s pre-Ashes media session.

Monday June 29: England players will be available to the media at Edgbaston from 13.30 to 15.30 pm for a pre-Ashes media session.

Players attending will be: James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Ravi Bopara, Alastair Cook, Paul Collingwood, Andrew Flintoff, Matt Prior, Kevin Pietersen, Monty Panesar and Graeme Swann.

The session will be held on the same level of the Wyatt Stand as the press box and media should assemble as follows:

Print Media— David Heath Suite — Wyatt Stand
TV — Room 102 — Wyatt Stand
Radio — Room 104 — Wyatt Stand

Please note:
Print Media: Players will be based at individual tables for this session. As with previous media sessions, we anticipate a large attendance and cannot guarantee 1-1 interviews in advance with any player.

Broadcasters: TV cameras should assemble in a row and players will move down the line and be available for short ‘grab’ style interviews of 2/3 mins max.

Tuesday June 30: England will net from 9.30 to approx 12 noon at Edgbaston and Andrew Strauss will be available to the media after practice in The Exhibition Hall.

Media access to Edgbaston for media session and practice day. No media accreditation required.

Media parking available in main car park: Enter via Main Gate.

Warwickshire v England at Edgbaston — July 1 to 3

Media access to this match will require an ECB International or County season pass for 2009.

Non-pass holders must notify Abi Dollery at Edgbaston (abidollery@edgbaston.com) 24 hours in advance if they wish to attend any day’s play during this match.

Media Parking will be available in the Constance Road Car Park. Enter via Main Gate at Edgbaston. Wi-fi will also be available in the press box for the duration of the match.

A post-play media conference with an England player or member of management will be held each evening in The Exhibition Hall.
