Membership of the London Press Club also gives a huge discount on membership of the Commonwealth Club of the Royal Commonwealth Society – LPC members can join the RCS for £100 a year instead of £250 plus a £100 joining fee, an immediate saving of £250. In addition, this entitles members to discounts on the Citadines hotel next door, Holmes Place health clubs and other benefits. And of course the RCS itself has a late bar, restaurant, conference facilities, workstations, regular events and parties etc and membership of the RCS gives you access to 40 Commonwealth Clubs worldwide.
The SJA and the London Prss Club also hope to arrange joint events in the future… watch this space.
