Media who require a day pass to access the Hilton Park Lane Hotel should send an email to: pressoffice@olympic.org and must include the following information:

– Reason for requesting a day pass
– Date the day pass is required for (including the time you plan to arrive at the hotel)

Media access: Grosvenor House (sub-media centre)
If you plan to cover the IOC Executive Board meetings and IOC Session, your London 2012 accreditation will allow you access to Grosvenor House, where the IOC Session will take place from 24 to 26 July, and a media working room will be set-up.
