Jennings to deliver lecture at Brighton

Andrew Jennings, investigative journalist and scourge of FIFA and the IOC, is giving the University of Brighton’s Annual Sports Journalism Lecture at Chelsea School, Eastbourne, on Thursday April 17 at 6.30pm. Tickets for this event are free, though strictly limited, and all SJA members are invited to apply to attend.

The talk is part of the University of Brighton’s Fuelling the Flame series which will run from now until London 2012.

About Andrew Jennings
In his 30-year career Andrew Jennings has produced groundbreaking documentaries for BBC Panorama and Granada World in Action. He has written extensively for media across the globe and published books on corruption in world sport that have been translated into 15 languages.

In 1999 at the UN building in New York Andrew was presented with the first ever Integrity in Journalism award by OATH, a group of Olympic athletes. He has also been honoured by the Royal Television Society and has received a gold medal for best international documentary at the New York TV Festival.
