On behalf of your committee, I would like to wish all members of the Sports Journalists’ Association, their families and our colleagues from the wider world of journalism, plus all visitors to this website, our very best wishes for Christmas and for a very prosperous 2008 – which is not only Olympic year, of course, but will also mark the 60th anniversary of the Association’s founding.
We look forward to seeing many of you at our British Sports Journalism Awards at The Brewery in March, our annual meeting – for SJA members only – to be held at the offices of UK Sport on April 23, and for a range of other special anniversary events, lunches and golf days, leading through to our 60th British Sports Awards in London next November.
