World champion Helen Jenkins will launch the prestigious London stage of the new Triathlon World Series at a press conference on May 12.
Hyde Park – the 2012 London Olympics venue – will stage a race in August, part of the new, year-long worldwide series.
The recently married Jenkins, who won the last one-off world title race last year under her maiden name Helen Tucker, will be available for interview at a press call at the Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane to discuss the exciting new event staged on a course that will have some of the world’s leading athletes racing past many of the city’s iconic landmarks.
