The England captain Andrew Strauss will hold a media conference in the Ascot 1 Suite at the Hilton London Gatwick hotel next Tuesday, January 20, at 2pm.
The hotel is situated in the south terminal and car parking is available nearby.
The England team will fly to West Indies on Wednesday, January 21.
