Dennis Signy: funeral arrangements
Alex Montgomery and Norman Giller will be among the eulogists for renowned freelance football writer Dennis Signy at his funeral on Thursday, June 14, at Hendon Crematorium, 10.45am.
Pat, his wife of 46 years, said today: “We have been overwhelmed with calls and messages from many journalists and former players and club administrators. It is so comforting to know how liked and respected he was throughout journalism and the game of football.”
The wake will be held at Barnet Football Club, where Dennis was a consultant for many years after holding executive positions at Brentford and QPR.
