The SJA’s 2014 Autumn Golf Day, when the Phil Sheldon Trophy will be contested, will be staged at Muswell Hill Golf Club in north London, on Monday September 15.
The cost of the day’s golf, preceded by coffee and bacon rolls and followed by a two-course lunch, is expected to be around £60 for SJA members, or £65 for guests.
The day represents a terrific opportunity to network with old friends and new colleagues, and those who are not (yet) members of the SJA are very welcome to take part. So please book in for yourself and bring a mate or mates.
And don’t worry too much about your standard of golf (unless you fancy beating the likes of Nick Callow to the trophy) – with golf among the sports at the next Olympic Games, the SJA’s golfers know very well about how taking part is more important than winning.

As well as your name and SJA membership number, please provide detail of any special dietary requirements, and your golf handicap (if you don’t have one, just state so). If you book and do not show, you will be expected to pay.
