Mike Adamson: new job at the Telegraph

Mike Adamson has arrived at the Telegraph group this month to take over as digital sports editor, where he will be working alongside his recently promoted deputy, Thom Gibbs.

Adamson replaces Mike Norrish, who joined BT Sport during the summer.

Adamson, 32, moves to Victoria from The Guardian, where he worked as the football editor.

Gibbs joined the Telegraph as a live blogger three years ago and has risen through the department since.
