Olympic accreditation: apply now for Sochi 2014

The British Olympic Association has opened the Press by Number media accreditation request process for print, online and photographic media organisations based in the UK for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games.

Please click here to download the accreditation form. This form applies only to requests for E (journalist) and EP (photographic) accreditations.

Only one form is required per news organisation.

Please then email your form as a Word attachment to mediaaccreditation@boa.org.uk

Only electronic applications will be accepted.

You will receive confirmation via email of your accreditation request and further details of the accreditation timeline within 48 hours of submitting your application. Please note the BOA is only responsible for the allocation of press and photographer accreditations.

Applications will be accepted until September 14, 2012. No late applications will be considered.

NON-RIGHTS HOLDING TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTING ORGANISATIONS (ENR)

The IOC will directly grant ENR accreditation to a limited number of radio and television organisations who do not own rights to broadcast the Olympic Games (herein referred to as non- rights holders). Applications will be available between 8 October and 16 November 2012 http://www.olympic.org/accred2014

Due to the limited number of accreditations available in this category, application deadlines will be strictly observed. ENR accreditations are directly allocated by the IOC and are not included in the NOC quotas.

This accreditation category gives restricted access (all competition venues, without equipment, and access to the Main Press Centre with equipment) as defined in the IOC News Access Rules.
